Imagepace provides a consistent, end-to-end suite of services that connect imaging requirements with every clinical component of your study. Our imaging experts manage standard as well as innovative, imaging modality, including ultrasound, MRI, CT, and DXA, with centralized core laboratories located in the United States, Europe, and China.

Led by a team of cardiology specialists with vast clinical trial experience in the disciplined management of imaging services, Imagepace is the global leader in the use of carotid intima-media thickness (cIMT) imaging as a measure of atherosclerosis progression in clinical trials. International thought leaders and experts in the use of cIMT as a surrogate endpoint are integral members of the Imagepace management team, and are involved at every step to ensure you receive the service you deserve.

Imagepace uses state-of-the-art validated technologies that meet 21 CFR Part 11 criteria and adhere to all US and international regulatory requirements. Utilizing standardized training and processes to conduct clinical trials with an imaging component, images are read by a dedicated team of Image Analysts using identical hardware and software and following identical standard operating procedures (SOP).

Our services include central reading of images, a network of imaging sites, and a coordinated data management system, ClinTrak Imaging.
